Working out regularly doesn’t have to mean hours at the gym. It can very well be just 5 minute quick workouts at home, at work on your lunch break or even on a parking lot of a supermarket if you are okay with people thinking you’ve lost it..
The most important thing is that you just do it, whatever way suits you!
As a member of ATW | Community, you’ll find yourself surrounded with people who share the same goals as you! You’ll get to join in on our weekly Live workouts online, take part in our weekly online ATW | Meets and challenges, and connect with other likeminded people.
The group is not only for training and other stuff though - we’ll discuss over mindset topics that help us build confidence, find clarity and get stronger for everyday challenges.
We also cover lifestyle-related topics such as preparing for challenges that might unexpectedly come your way, and figure out how to lead your life rather than letting life lead you.

Change is hard and we all know it. But it’s especially hard if there is no one around you going in the same direction, having similar goals and dreams, or understanding WHY you want to start becoming Bit Better Every Day in the first place. And, let’s face it, there are times we all need a little motivational kick on the butt to get off that couch.
Being a member of ATW | Community group does not mean that someone is going to drag you out of the couch and put your shoes on. That part you need to do yourself. However, this is about as easy as it will get to start. Everything is just a few clicks away and you can hop onto a Live workout or a recording as it suits your schedule, and in the comfort of your own home, backyard or pretty much anywhere. For the best results though, train outdoors - always, no matter the condition.
Check online training schedules from the group. Training sessions’ recordings will be available later on the same day.
All you need to do now is take the first step. After that you have the support of our group and can reap the full benefits on having accountability partners all over the world who are rooting for you!

If you are not sure if this group is for you, not to worry. You can join in, see what’s what and figure out if you feel at home with the group or not. Browse through old posts, try out recorded workouts and chat with other members. If, after a few days you don’t feel like this is for you, you can always go back to where you are right now. No hard feelings 🤝🏽
Until those excuses start pouring in, think about this: what if this group is “the thing” that finally helps you to get into consistent and interesting workouts now and in the future? Wouldn’t it all be worth it then?
